Please read the following terms and conditions (“T & C”) carefully before accessing and using of any
materials contained on www.tccpa.org and/or other media platforms and/or contents which are derived in
whole or in part by Toronto Chinese Christian Parenting Association
By accessing, joining and using our platforms and our “website”, you agree to be bound by the following T
& C.
1. You may only use the material from our platforms and/or applications for your own personal noncommercial
and private use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary
notices and act in accordance with our timely instruction.
2. You agree not to use the service/information provided in our platforms and/or applications for any
illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with the T & C.
3. You agree not to use our platforms and/or contents on any device that you do not own or control.
4. You agree not to preload our platforms and/or contents in any device and promote, sell, circulate
or distribute such device in the market.
5. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit, any portion of our
platforms and/or contents.
6. You agree not to modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, distribute, broadcast,
download, store (in any medium), transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way
any material (including any information, program contents and video clips, code and software)
from our platforms and/or contents for any other purpose without our prior written permission from
TCCPA.
7. You agree to use our platforms and/or contents in a manner which does not infringe the rights of,
or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of our platforms and/or applications by any third party.
Such restriction or inhibition includes: any disturbing, threatening, violent, immoral, pornographic
and defamatory statement, engaging in any conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or
cause distress or inconvenience to any person or disruption of normal follow of dialogue and/or
interactive mode via our platforms and/or contents.
8. The Website is being updated and improved on an ongoing basis. We reserve the right to change
or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you
confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.
9. Changes to these General Terms and Conditions or to the Specific Terms and Conditions may be
made at any time and your use of the Website, or the purchase of products or services, are
subject to any such changes.
10. TCCPA reserves the right to, in our sole discretion, temporarily suspend or deactivate your
account, or to permanently close your account. We also reserve the right to refuse service to
anyone, for any reason, and at any time.
