Zucchini Chocolate Cake

Zucchini Chocolate Cake
(very moist and TCCPA Kitchen tested)

2 1/4 cups zucchini
3/4 cup cooking oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup sour milk (3 tsp vinegar in milk)
3 cups flour
3 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
6 TBP Cocoa (1/3 cup)
Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips 1/6 cup (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and put semi-sweet chips on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 min.
Check for doneness when toothpick no longer sticks with batter.
